Quarantine and Early Release

If your pets do not meet the UK import rules and need quarantine or early release, we are licensed approved by “Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs” as a quarantine kennels and cattery and carrying agents.

Our kennels and cattery are unrivalled for space and comfort provided for your pets. Our quarantine service is located at London & Essex, Kents Farm in 20 acres of parkland yet only 10 miles for the heart of London and conveniently located being only 3 miles and 5 miles respectively from the M11 and M25 motorways. Our spacious kennels and luxury chalets are all heated to provide a warm comfortable stay whilst your pets are with us. All bedding is provided however owners are more than welcome to bring their pet‘s own bedding, toys and treats..

Our luxury heated cat chalets provide luxury accommodation for your cat‘s with a sun shelves and climbing logs, each chalet has fully enclosed sleeping quarters. Our feline guests enjoy the picturesque central aviary with coloured birds which keep them visually stimulated and amused.

We welcome your inspection of our kennels and cattery at the following times:

Monday - Saturday: 2.00pm - 4.00pm

Sunday: CLOSED
